He has been an advisor or developer in hundreds of existing hotel and resort properties and new projects in more than 25 countries.  He was Senior Principal and Director of Management Advisory Services for the international accounting firm of Pannell Kerr Forster and Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director of PKF Consulting, Inc.  He has had primary client responsibility for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Intercontinental Hotels, Days Inns of America, Microtel Hotel Company, Club Corporation of America, The PGA of America, Bank of America and many others.  He is a founding director and board member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, now one of the largest and most influential hotel associations in the world

Executive Vice President, of Marketing and Product Development, he has over 30 years of successful involvement in every aspect of development; construction, marketing and sales of over 500 projects throughout the United States. He has served as the senior vice president of one the United States largest public relations and marketing support firms specialising in the real estate industry. His "hands-on" operational experience includes several positions where he was involved with sales and marketing, participating builder programs, and community, amenity and especially product planning for large-scale developments.expectations and to build long-lasting relationships.

 Executive Vice President of the American Division and Retail. He specialises in residential, luxury and commercial real estate, combining experience in business development and mortgage lending with extensive knowledge of real estate development and construction. He represents buyers, sellers and investors across a broad range of transactions, providing informed guidance and strategic advice.
